Do you like to create things? It always amazes me how creative we can be when we set our minds do it. Even those people who say “I cannot do that”. I love You Tube videos, you can find just about anything. Piano lessons, learn a language, paint and so forth.
You may ask what this has to do with health but it has a lot to do with it. Finding healthy hobbies that you can enjoy can be very beneficial. Try to make some “you time”, you deserve it.
I have been meaning to go to one of those paint and sip parties but I just never seem to have the time or make the time. I watched the video below with my daughter and painted the above picture on a snowy Saturday afternoon…simple joy. The video lists all the colors and supplies you need. I purchased these on Amazon.
#1 inch brush
We used oil pain but it was a mess, try acrylic.
Creating can give you sense of pride when you accomplish a project. Plus you have fun doing something you are interested in.
If you scour the internet there are so many things you could create. Kits are a good way to get started. They have everything you need.
I think classes are the best. There are some great classes out there with personalized instruction that you are not going to get from reading a book. The socialization is an bonus as well.
If classes aren’t good right now, take a look at what I found on line. My favorite was the drawing kit.
