PanAway contains 4 oils

Wintergreen essential oil has a refreshing, minty, and sweet aroma. This stimulating and invigorating scent makes it an ideal addition to lotions and ointments that are applied after activity. It is beneficial in massage for soothing head tension and muscles after exercising. Wintergreen includes the naturally occurring constituent methyl salicylate. Methyl salicylate is used in ointments to help with discomfort.

Helichrysum has a stimulating aroma that no home should be without. It comes from our partner farms in Croatia and it is one of the most prized oils. Helichrysum is thought to have restorative properties and provides excellent support to the skin.

Clove has a scent that is very warm and inviting. You will find clove in our Thieves Blend. Clove contains eugenol which can help support the immune system, it is used after dental surgery. Always dilute Clove when using topically.

Peppermint essential oil scent invigorates the mind and senses, it also has a cooling effect to the skin when applied topically. Peppermint is a common oil used in sports massage. It is also used to help support digestion.

Add 3 drops with Epsom salt to a bath.
Massage onto tired muscles.
Apply to wrists and chest to keep you alert.
In a carrier oil, massage 2 drops onto feet before a run.

How do you use PanAway essential oil

Aromatherapy is the process of breathing in the essential oil. You can use a diffuser or you can inhale the oil.

Topical application is the process whereby the essential oil is mixed with a carrier oil then placed on the skin. I prefer to use carrier oils that are light in scent such as safflower, sweet almond or meadowfoam oil.

Bath time

Squats got you feeling ugh? Never fear! It’s It’s time to put the bath tub to good use!

2 cups Epsom salt
1/2 cup baking soda
10 drops Lavender essential oil
10 drop Panaway essential oil

Draw a warm bath.
To a glass bowl, add the Epsom salt and baking soda and stir gently. Add 10 drops each of Lavender and PanAway essential oils each to the Epsom salt mixture.
Stir the Epsom salt-essential oils mixture into the warm water in the bathtub.
Soak for 20 minutes.
Be sure to drink lots of water before during and after.

An alternative bath salt recipe

4oz glass jar
5 drops PanAway
3 drops Rosemary
1/3 cup epsom salt
Mix together and place into jar. Use 1-2 Tablespoons in your bath.
